Welcome to our new staff members!

Fifth Grade:  Mr. Daniel Bupp
Mr. Bupp comes to us from New Covenant Christian School in Marlboro, having served three years as their Middle School Humanities teacher. Prior to that, he taught for several years at the Worcester AG school. He holds a BA in Biblical Studies and Pastoral Ministry from Zion Bible College.

Fourth Grade: Mr. Jonathan Fontaine
Mr. Fontaine is not exactly new to WCA (he filled in admirably last year as a permanent substitute teacher in the preschool and fourth grade classes). As a result of that experience, he will pick up the fourth grade mantle permanently this year. Mr. Fontaine holds a BA in History and Education from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

First Grade: Mrs. Marah Snoeyink
Mrs. Snoeyink has her MA in Religion from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and a BA Education and Psychology from Swathmore College. She is Elementary-certified in the State of Pennsylvania. She has several years of elementary teaching experience in Florida and Illinois.

Preschool: Mrs. Andrea Garcia
Although Mrs. Garcia is newly full-time with us this year, she served in WCA’s Preschool last year on a part-time basis. She performed so well, we asked her to come back full time to take on our newly formed Preschool class for three-year-olds. Mrs. Garcia hold an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from Mass Bay Community College.

Art – Mrs. Cindy Wellman
Although Mrs. Wellman is well known to the WCA community as a parent and as head of our Parent’s Organization, this year she brings to WCA her considerable talent and training in elementary education and art. Her stated goal is to “develop WCA’s reputation as a school for the arts.” Anyone who knows her personal drive has no doubt that it will happen.
