Faculty and Staff

As part of Westgate Christian Academy’s commitment to excellence, we follow guidelines established by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). WCA follows the requirements for licensing by the  Massachusetts . WCA has also been approved by the Massachussetts Department of Early Education and Care and by the Natick School Board as an alternative educational choice. WCA is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).

Faculty

Westgate Christian Academy is honored to be represented by a seasoned staff of trained professionals. WCA relies not only on the expertise of their staff, but more importantly, on their unsurpassed level of concern for each student’s holistic growth. All teachers attend  CPR training and curriculum training, as well as workshops for personal growth and development. Teachers act as role models for their students, nurturing them spiritually as well as academically. WCA encourages parents and teachers to work together to promote the development of each child. Our small classes and low student/teacher ratios ensure that each child will receive maximum individualized attention.
