Notes
Early morning drop off (7:30-8:30 am) is available to all students. Extension for half-day Pre-Elementary and Kindergarten students includes lunch and recess (11:30 am – 12:30 pm). Individual days may be extended for $8.50/hour with 24 hours advance notice.

Extended hours (3:00-5:30 pm) are available to all students. Space for extension programs is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Financial Aid:
Financial aid is available based solely on need. We urge those unable to pay the full tuition to complete a Financial Aid form, available upon request.
Late pickups:
Because we strive to respect the needs of both students and faculty, WCA charges $20 per each 15 minutes or part of 15 minutes for late student pickups.
