Pre-Elementary

Application Fee $70 - Non-refundable fee for first time applicants only.
Deposit $300 - Non-refundable tuition deposit to reserve space;  due within two weeks of acceptance or January 1.

Notes Balance of tuition (minus $300 deposit) is due according to payment plan selected. Extended programs are available. Full-day preschool hours are from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. Half-day hours are 8:30 to 11:30 am.

Notes
Early morning drop off (7:30-8:30 am) is available to all students. Extension for half-day Pre-Elementary and Kindergarten students includes lunch and recess (11:30 am - 12:30 pm). Individual days may be extended for $8.50/hour with 24 hours advance notice.

Financial Aid:

Financial aid is available based solely on need. We urge those unable to pay the full tuition to complete a Financial Aid form, available upon request.

Late pickups:

Because we strive to respect the needs of both students and faculty, WCA charges $20 per each 15 minutes or part of 15 minutes for late student pickups.
